1. Dedicated nurse system very good. Patient focus.
2. Friendly and very helpful staff.
1. Bay no 1 is badly designed. When curtains are drawed up (closed) the passage is too narrow.
2. Plastic bags for paper refuse would be useful.
3. It would help if the results show the normal range for each tested parameter.
