The happy peaceful atmosphere: the dedication of the doctors plus nurses and all the staff: Everyone likes working here:
Things that need improving are arrival,
They could do some tiny meals for who cant eat much: they could warn visitors not to stay too long-say not more than half hr.

a very cheeful ward making a difficult experience sometimes much easier.
everyone so helpful more staff would benefit all, never compromised attention to patients
