the level of care was/is excellent & the ward staff.
There is sometimes a bit of a disconnect between different doctors and what they are saying - that could be improved!

Proper greeting & introduction by everyone. Explanation for all procedures. No one rushed me. Dignity repeated at all times. everyone friendly and kind. I could not wish for a better situation given that I had to be in a hospital.
