I thought the care of the nursing staff was excellent, rooms were very clean and pleasant, meals choice was very good too. On the whole a pleasant experience. I would like to say to the staff to keep up their good spirits.

the nurses were very friendly, attentive and efficient they responded to any requests very propmtly the doctor and nurses kept me well informed use of telephone and televeision very hanyd no obvious improvements I can think

this is my second stay on Oak ward this year, on both occasions my care and treatment were first class in all aspects, and that all members of the Oak ward team are a credit to the NHS and in my opinion nothing could have improved my stay on the ward

Very friendly and attentive staff Kitchen staff were also very kind + very attentive, as were the cleaners.

good continous care consistent maintining able to drink plenty not too hot privacy issue getting changed as curtain wouldn't fully close due to rail being toped up
