Dr Banefee clinic is just too busy.
Too many patients put into the appointment system and all too much for patients and staff to cope with.
Patients are waiting well over the allocated appointment times a morning out equals to an afternoon out.
Patients are very unwell and haven't the energy to sit around waiting in adonsy waiting area.

All staff that I met today were helpful and friendly.
The medical staff were professional throughout and I was particularly grateful for their calm warmth and kindness.
I feel as though I am in competent hands!

The nurses work load would benefit from a more up-to-date method of labeling blood samples as a very time consuming activity for them.
