Staff and surgeon were first class. Pleasant helpful and informative.
I find it a long day, especially being 'nil by mouth'. As I was one of the last to go in for my procedure it would have been nice if I could have come in a bit later. But care was very good.

Everything explained, made clear. Didn't feel we were being rushed despite a busy clinic. Staff in blood department cold and not friendly.
