Everyone was so kind and took time to explain procedures. Have had many operations but never had such a thorough assessment as I have had here. Staff prepared to work around the patient.

1. Staff reception not always organised. Manners and slow. Don't even know staff names.
2. Pharmacy always slow. Its terrible.
3. Bloods - waiting more blood room display counters - especially in waiting area in corridor.

Efficient and punctual treatment. However the wait between having blood tests and consultant which was itself 25 mins late was painfully long as was the other wait for medication to be delivered 4.30 pm. Total time 3 hrs $8 park but thank God for the Royal Marsden and all who work there.
