Good: Lots of information, kind and confidence - inspiring staff (especially Muga radiographer who went the extra mile), choice of menus, nothing is too much trouble for the ward staff, and trial co-ordinator. Doctors and nurses good at answering endless questions. Bad (or less good). Very, very hot, stuffy ward at night lack of comfortable chairs in day care waiting room (for those of us that need a lot of rest)
