Good: All nursing. Improvements: 1. On changeover at night pls remind all staff that TVs very noisy - often people shouting up the corridor. This is very disturbing & disrespectful for patients. 2. Car park attendants are the "front of house" for RM Hospital are generally unhelpful, surly, arrogant & show no respect. This is very serious given their role
