Waiting time 8.50 am bloods from picc line 10.45 called. Delay was due to it being added as an extra as the blood forms were not at OPD the appt had been made 13th Fab. As only one person was taking bloods he was fitted in others taking priority. This had a knock on effect with his clinic appt which relied on blood tests.
