The staff were all very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Empathy and kindness is so helpful (I stayed in the iodine radiation room) as this was an experience I had not had before being in a room for 3 days on my own, was cold but not distressing in any way. A list of things that you could bring on with you and also items not to bring would be helpful, as when I asked I was told different things so a written list would be helpful.
