Felt like we were in safe hands. We received lots of information and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The nurses were lovely and showed a lot of respect and empathy. The play specialists also went the extra mile and got out toys especially for my son that he was interested in. All the facilities are amazing and outside story tellers were fantastic, made my sons day much more enjoyable. Only thing that has ruined our experience are the cleaners and the way in which some of them talked to us. I went to kitchen to get milk for my son and the cleaner was quite rude and hold us to get out so she could mop the floor. They need to learn some manners and talk politely.
