I was always treated kindly and gently. All the radiographers showed the utmost professionalism, unfailing courtesy and respect. When giving feedback about how I was feeling after each treatment, I was comforted and reassured that I had been listened to and given answers to my questions in a clear way. A calm and warm atmosphere was provided, with the frequent opportunity to go in early for my appointment, with very few delays. The kindness of everyone I met helped to make a difficult time more bearable. I cannot praise the radiographers too highly. They are a credit to themselves and the hospital. I have no criticisms!
