Everyone introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Handy called me in advance of my procedure to explain the answers to my questions. If you are unlucky enough to have cancer then all the staff at the Marsden help to take the pain away. Lucy and Danielle - nurses were kind and efficient. Recovery staff were friendly. I always feel safe at the Marsden. All staff have been v thorough. In particular, I was concerned about what stitches were to be used and this was addressed by Dr Handy in detail.
