Due to my husbands rapid decline in health and the wonderful support we received from all the various health services, we only had brief contact with Kaven Cooper the St Peter's Hospice Clinical Nurse Specialist, but her support and professional advice was sensitively given, which my daughter and I found very comforting. The care given to dad was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble whether it be day or night. Also the care and concern given to us his family was superb. All the carers included us in dad's care, which we wanted and they consulted us at all times. They were all friendly and helpful, chatted to and with family members when they visited and just spotted into our family life in a lovely but non-obtrusive way. Thank you so much to them all.

Attended the day course on anxiety and breathlessness.
Had a most informative day with very god advice from all staff involved. Good interaction with other patients, lovely lunch laid on.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
