The care given to dad was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble whether it be day or night. Also the care and concern given to us his family was superb. All the carers included us in dad's care, which we wanted and they consulted us at all times. They were all friendly and helpful, chatted to and with family members when they visited and just spotted into our family life in a lovely but non-obtrusive way. Thank you so much to them all.
