I am being irritated and virtually murdered by the entire staff for more than 9 days! I saw a doctor once, and he was petritaing.

Put some order in this ward!/nThere are only 5 patients and more than is staff per shift! Too many male nurses!

The service I have received has been personalized, supportive and in live with my needs./nFeedback I have given and requests I have made have been heard and taken on board.

The thing I o struggle with is being 'understood' by non regular staff, on shift and their 'hypervigilance' so I am wondering if there could be a cue card for each patient so they can be more appropriately supported. eg a scale of high to low risk. So someone on 1 hour obs and 6 hours u/e local area leave is not treated as needing to be distracted at night to check they are breathing in pain.

The staff are supportive and listen to what I say staff listen to what I say I have been treated fairly staff take my wishes on boald.
