The service I have received has been personalized, supportive and in live with my needs./nFeedback I have given and requests I have made have been heard and taken on board.

Suggested improvements
The thing I o struggle with is being 'understood' by non regular staff, on shift and their 'hypervigilance' so I am wondering if there could be a cue card for each patient so they can be more appropriately supported. eg a scale of high to low risk. So someone on 1 hour obs and 6 hours u/e local area leave is not treated as needing to be distracted at night to check they are breathing in pain.
