Improvements:
-Toilet facilities - throughout hospital.
-Tiled bathroom.
-No touch toilet flush, soap and water.
-Stream - cleaning protocol, plumbing, groaning, drama, consider, infection.
-A/E department - replace broken leather.
Everybody (the whole team) treated me with kindness, compassion and dignity. It made my short stay, so much easier. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired not much choice, very same each day and quite tasteless at times, needs a great improvement.
I honestly could not find anything to improve on the staff do over and above their duty including right down to chefs and cleaners. Fab.

The welcoming attitude and superbly professional care throughout the three days, med. The way my questions were answered. The way each person in the various teams introduced him/herself and in many cases asked how I would like to be addressed. The quiet, clean room with its picture of Carisbrooke castle. The good food, appropriate quantities and varying menu each day and the service provided. Difficult to suggest improvements - but a huge 'thank you' to you all.
