There is a very friendly atmosphere that puts you at ease at a trying time. Staff are amazing at making you and your partner feel happy with all information given.

The outstanding friendly service. Simon was very chatty whilst taking my height, weight etc and even came into chat as my implant was a tricky one! (I get a little light headed). Sharon was very friendly and chatty she succeeded in getting my tricky implant out and helped keep me calm during the process. I was very grateful to the both of them.

Care was very good but!!! The waiting time is appaling and needs to be addressed dramatically.
