The outstanding friendly service. Simon was very chatty whilst taking my height, weight etc and even came into chat as my implant was a tricky one! (I get a little light headed). Sharon was very friendly and chatty she succeeded in getting my tricky implant out and helped keep me calm during the process. I was very grateful to the both of them.
