I was sorry to hear of this response from one of our patients who has recently visited the department. It is the nursing staffs priority to protect our patients privacy and dignity at all times. I am therefore very sorry if this was not the case for this lady.

Care was excellent.
Can't be improved.
As I live on the mainland.
I am not likely to recommend a stay only if I know someone going to Lowa for holiday them extremely likely. Friendly people everywhere.

Very clean ward.
Attentive staff - not enough staff on to cope with the busy day. However, surgeon explained everything well.
Food wasn't bad either.
Took a long time to get pain relief when asked for it. (staff too busy).

My care was excellent from start to finish.
Nurses were very kind and attentive.
Theatre staff were great.
Physios were excellent.
