Patriotic attitude by a team who frankly don't care at all about patient's name.

Response from St Mary's Hospital
I was sorry to hear of this response from one of our patients who has recently visited the department. It is the nursing staffs priority to protect our patients privacy and dignity at all times. I am therefore very sorry if this was not the case for this lady.
