Thank you for your comments and I am pleased to read that overall you have had a positive experience whilst you were in an inpatient on our ward. I am disappointed to read about your experience with bank staff. We frequently work with temporary members of staff and closely with the staff bank team to address the concerns that are raised.

That is how I feel and I was treated with respect and understanding, I was listen to and my thoughts about if there could potentially be more things, that have not been diagnosed as yet, I was told, ok we can look at this but you might not like the answer, I said I would be okay with either outcome.
