Thank you for your feedback with regards to the vegetarian food selection available. We do provide a choice of options on the ward and strive to accommodate all dietary needs. The food strategy is currently under review and all dietary needs will be looked at.

My child’s experience was very good with this service as they were very patient with us and gave me a lot of information and exercises to practice to help with our daughters development. We received very kind and professional treatment. Excellent service.
Immediately noticed refreshed waiting area since prev update
Thank you for your feedback and taking time to provide this. I am glad that the seating and the waiting area felt relaxed and welcoming to you as this is our intention for all service users. In regards with the frosted glass in the door the reason this is not in place is that the waiting area is not a clinical area, and thus was not seen to be required for privacy reasons. However, in terms of privacy of attending our clinic, we will review this for consideration further. Thank you once again for your valued feedback.
