Immediately noticed refreshed waiting area since prev update
Suggested improvements
Noticed updated waiting area immediately since prev visit - soft seating is great improvement. Area is fresh, clean & bright - felt relaxed & welcoming.
** always question why door between clinic & mental health dept doesnt have frosted glass finish to help privacy for both departments?

Thank you for your feedback and taking time to provide this. I am glad that the seating and the waiting area felt relaxed and welcoming to you as this is our intention for all service users. In regards with the frosted glass in the door the reason this is not in place is that the waiting area is not a clinical area, and thus was not seen to be required for privacy reasons. However, in terms of privacy of attending our clinic, we will review this for consideration further. Thank you once again for your valued feedback.
