Because I think my support work is amazing and so caring and understands me. She helped me so much I can’t thank [name removed] enough

You could not discharge me without telling anyone not even the support worker I have.
My support worker is amazing and I don’t need to say anymore about her( [name removed])
But the team who decided to discharge me and not even let me know could do with improving because I didn’t find out until my support worker was fighting for me to get more mental health support and turns out I couldn’t because I was no longer under CMHT.

Staff on kingfisher are always there to help respectful to me my needs [name removed] helpful and staff kingfisher staff respect patients not like shear water to me.
