I have had my last three appointments cancelled with extremely short notice. At my latest appointment I turned up at the time stated and had to sit in the waiting area for half an hour before being told that the person conducting my appointment wasn’t even in the building and nobody could get hold of her or give me a reason as to why she wasn’t there. I still haven’t had a reason for this or been contacted to reschedule.
We are sorry for the experience you have had in accessing your appointments, if you haven’t had your appointment reschedule it would be helpful for your care if you made contact to request another appointment.

Very supportive and informative. I felt I was listened to and responded to according to my specific needs. Very friendly and relaxed calls with the prescribing team.
