I always felt like i was given the best care possible by staff member i came into contact with. I felt safe respected and valued. People genuinely wanted to help and listen.
Suggested improvements
I valued every staff members that helped me , though the constant change of staff members was not in the least helpful & really should be addressed.

Everything was good except calling. When I tried to call, I had to call again 4 times, there was no hold for person, it just ended the call on you. The most annoying bit was every time you called you got a pre recorded thing that spoke to you, so each call attempt would take longer than needed. Once I actually got an appointment though, everything was amazing.
Suggested improvements
Make it so you are put on hold until someone picks up, rather than having to recall multiple times in a row.

I and my husband received great care, understanding of our situation. I would really recommend crisis team when I hear about anyone in mental care need.
