Review of ARMS Team

The ARMS service was helpful in providing a high quality of care that isn't necessarily focused on as much in the average NHS counselling service. The ability to connect and see that my therapists were actively listening made all the difference in my recovery journey. Furthermore, my community support worker made it possible for me to find the confidence to get out of the house more often to write in a different environment while talking to someone, which was a big step for me.
Suggested improvements
When someone leaves the service, an email or letter should be sent out to inform the service user that the therapist/community support worker they have been talking to will no longer be meeting with them. Offer sufficient notice.

Staff are lovely, professional and the service offered is great but it’s taken over a month to receive my results leaving me feeling somewhat lost in the system.
Suggested improvements
Just get results in a timely fashion, other than that everything wonderful and I’m grateful

If this is In answer to the culture question above I pressed it by mistake,

I only wished I was given earlier treatment/ consultation for hand therapy,
My accident happened 30th May 2022 It wasn’t until mid August 2022 I got my 1st appointment with hand therapy department, I felt bit let down by the NHS for that reason.

Can’t really think of anything that could be done better. I found the course informative, useful and covered the main problematic areas that arise due to trauma. I feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel now

Because initially my swab result showed i’ve got gonorrhoea but then i just couldn’t figure out why so i had a retesting and it turned up negative. so just wondering why that happened???

i wonder if somebody could shed a light please why this happened?? coz i dont want to miss anything in case there is something brewing on???
