Just completed Lymphassist programme on both lower legs and so far very please with results. All staff I encountered were very good but I must say that Deborah Parsons is an absolute star - very competent and particularly good at explaining various options etc . Thank you

The care I received has been excellent. From the cleaners, the chefs, the nursing staff and the doctors, even the maintenance staff has been unarguably the best. I have felt listened to and understood. I have felt like a person and not just another patient. Nothing has been too much trouble and I have been included in discussion about my care and feel everyone works with a person centered approach. Thank you all.

Staff are friendly, polite, caring and eager to help in any way they can.
This applies to medical staff, care workers and volunteers alike.
They make time to assure you that you are their priority.
Everyone works from a patient centered approach and the dedication and commitment to providing the appropriate care is perfect. Patients and cases are well informed and included in decision making.
A 5 star service all round.

Nothing needs improving.
The staff are very caring both to me and my family. Always very helpful and nothing is to much trouble.
The food is excellent. The hospice is always calm, clean and the gardens are a picture. Well done all the team!!

Staff extremely caring and informative. Helped me with my pain attacks and take back the control on my living (not dying).
