Staff are friendly, polite, caring and eager to help in any way they can. This applies to medical staff, care workers and volunteers alike. They make time to assure you that you are their priority. Everyone works from a patient centered approach and the dedication and commitment to providing the appropriate care is perfect. Patients and cases are well informed and included in decision making. A 5 star service all round.
