Although being seen at home instead of the hospice the experience was the same as always, care consideration, thoughtfulness, friendliness - always a good experience.

The advice and support and just listening to me, I cannot put into words how much it helped me, to say I do not know how I would have gotten through such a difficult time is no understatement!

It is very helpful to chat to a professional outside the family. Sometimes easier to talk freely to someone a bit more detached from the situation.

The person on the phone is very caring and we speak every few weeks. But if I need anymore help, she has made me aware that someone is available 24/7.
