The person on the phone is very caring and we speak every few weeks. But if I need anymore help, she has made me aware that someone is available 24/7.

I found myself in a 'health' situation, I was not expecting and I have had help and care by people you did not fully know exisited. They treat you consideration and care, and most importantly like a human being.

No, I just wish you had more funding!

I have made many friendships one the last few years - volunteers, spiritual care team and fellow patients./nRecently my o only time away here home was to go to the sunflower meal. Enjoyed glass of {shemy} pre lunch./nIntroduced to complementary therapy.
Suggested improvements
Continue with cooked meal - choices from a menu./nSnacks have been tried - not so popular when changed.

I receive regular phone calls to see how pul coping my husband is coping quite/very well with his problems I will probably need more support in the future months.
