Always someone around to ask if I required something, very quick response to bell. Nurses always appeared to have time to listen to what was up and if there was anything they could do to approve things. Absolutely first class care!!

Very happy with everything, couldn't ask for a better care, the staff are very friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble if I ask for anything.

Nice waiting area. Friendly staff, easy parking.
Put the price of food up a bit so you can make some money for St Lukes (80p for some too cheap for 'outsiders').

The speed in which everything was completed. Down ordering the equipment to arrive the next day. Phone calls to reassure and see if a visit was required. The OT team, the crisis team and Julie Hicks our nurse. All have been fantastic and faultless.

Carolyn is totally focused on me and how best to enable me to help myself, she listens, thinks, feels, mulls things over, asks questions for clarity for herself and me. Her body language is always open, solid, safe trustworthy. Her professionalism is outstanding as is her knowledge and expertise in her field. She is exceptional.
