We were very happy with Debbie Hutchinson. Her suggestions for pain relief were taken on board. She was extremely patient and listened to how I felt and I felt relaxed and comfortable in her presence.

The care you have provided for my mum over the last 10 days has been superb. When she arrived she immediately said how calming the environment was and how comfortable she felt at St. Lukes. The staff are all so caring and provide mum with the best attention she requires. We are so thankful mum was able to get a bed here. Additionally the care and support my dad, brother and I have received has been truly wonderful and has helped us immensely in this difficult time.

Service was exceptional total empathy. More tech support i.e maintenance. Other than that the place is extremely well run both technically and from the side of empathy. Even if you wished to investigate you would never be able.

Nothing is too much trouble for them. The care is first class. They are kind and caring and compassionate. All the staff do an amazing job and I wouldn't change a thing.
