All staff makes as much time needed to care for each individual patient, catering to their specific needs. Staffing to patient ratios are excellent and all members make a real genuine effort to get to know the patients and their families.

It's like being in a 5-star hotel! Everything is amazing. Food- anything you fancy, you can have. Staff - Very kind and caring nothing too much trouble. Very clean and tidy premises. Excellent! The view could be improved by topping the trees.

All the care team have plenty of time to discuss issues, chat and make you feel fully at ease. The continuity of the staff ensure they know you and also you know them which is so important. The facilities are very good with lovely outside areas for relaxing and viewing. This atmosphere also is ideal for the student nurses and doctors who have a fantastic opportunity to learn so much with time to spare. One slight improvement is when a new person Jolisa ward a discussion with existing maybe helpful - Douglas bringing a dog onto the ward is an example of this.
