The care patient is getting is really good. Debbie who comes to see us is really helpful with medication and assurance. It's nice to have her to talk to if there is anything we are concerned about.

Review of St. Lukes Brooklands - Community Team written by a family member
26th July 2018

The support provided by St Lukes has been exceptional throughout, every time my wife or I spoke to someone they provided answers and where they said they would do something they delivered very quickly. The only issue I struggled with was that to a certain point all contact had been through my wife, when it came to the point that I felt I had to contact the Organisation (because my wife was so ill) I looked at the front page and - it did not seem intuitive as to which section I needed to contact. This may have been due to the fact that I am a muppet or may be just because I was overwhelmed that my wife's condition had deteriorated so much and so quickly. Once I had made the initial contact everything was absolutely back on track (as per original statement)

I felt completely at ease with the carer who waited me - she was so patient with me as I have difficulty in speaking and I liked the way when discussing matters she included my wife at all times. It was a pleasure to have met Fiona.
