The staff showed great care and compassion. They explained to myself and my wife (patient) what was happening at all times.
Nothing was too much effort.
They made my wife end of life so peaceful.

There could be no improvement at all. My mum was treated with empathy, she was listened to and I as her daughter felt so much better for the knowledge I was given about my mum's condition.

I would like to add my immense appreciation and thanks to Elaiven for her professional, caring and thoughtful care to anticipating my practical needs. She has just arrived with the most perfect equipment for my needs. By this care due very much.
Please forgive - bit of brain for a neuropathy with writing difficult.
