The care was outstanding from the very start. However, think the maintenance man needs to be a lot more aware in when entering room.

I honestly cannot think of anything that could be improved on. The empathy and honesty were a comfort and all I could ask for. Just having the support here on a daily basis was wonderful. Everything was put in place so quickly - I am so grateful to everyone involved. Thank you.

I cannot think of anything that can be improved. My husband always called on time, everything explained and treated with respect at all times. He looks forward to his appointments to such a lovely place.
