The care was excellent. The nurses looked after the patient as if he were their own. I can't thank them enough. Can't see what could be improved.

The nurses always had time to look after my dad properly. The level of care was outstanding it was so peaceful and quiet, exactly what dad needed. Thank you to all the staff and nurses at St. Lukes from myself and my mum.

My husband sadly was only an inpatient for approx fourteen hours, but was treated with such love, dignity and respect at the end of his life. As a family we will always be extremely grateful, that he was looked after by St. Luke's, and not having to die in Derriford A+E. Department.

I am filling this form for my husband after his death. We both felt very supported and confident with the input we received from the palliative care team, who were able to assess the situation and intervene with the appropriate medication and care support enabling my husband to remain at home. The team were always kind and compassionate and listened patiently to our concerns. Nothing was too much trouble and me felt we could put our trust in them completely at this very vulnerable stage. We were not given a DNR form which was problematic the nurses at the end.
