These girls are absolute angels and need to keep polishing their halos and dusting their wings. My father in law on end of life was treated with such dignity and care even when he just passed away, they gave us such love/understanding/support/advice and kindness and also bought some happiness/laughter/love during our hard and sad emotional time. Ive been a carer and would love to be in this team. There is not enough words to say for this wonderful team. But my only advice is to say is keep the spirit and love going girls, your the best xx on behalf of Eric Brown’s family
I received more information from the personal contact than I have had before.
Mum experienced a lot of pain prior to her admission to St. nurses once under your care me expertise and care provided ensured mum had a comfortable, dignified end of life.
I was with mum the 24 hours before she passed away the staff could not have been nicer to mum or myself.
The staff were patient, caring and had time to listen./nDoctors were availabel to discuss the changes in treatment and any concerns.
St. Lukes were so caring, my father had the best care from all the staff there the end of his life was painless, comfortable, and so peaceful. Wards cannot express our gratitude.
The staff from the community team to the receptionists and out of hours staff, could never./nDo enough, they are a credit to being human being.
I was fully involved with all conversations and decisions made.
Many caring staff. Who made my mum's life comfortable and happy at the end.
You looked after my husband ( and myself) with love and care at all times. It made a difficult time so much easier for us all. Huge thank you to everyone.
