Julie spent a long time listening and noting the history of my illness. She was very patient, understanding and showed great empathy. This was the first time I was able to show/share my concerns and receive relevant answers from a health professional.

All staff we were involved with were kind and considerate. Could not do enough to help us. We felt very safe in their hands.
