My mother, died on Monday 13th June. One week often falling ethically ill. St Lukes hospice became involved with mums care and support which enabled me to become her daughter again and not a carer. For me this was a life changer for my mum it was wonderful to have this loving support for the end of her days.
All staff were very polite, and considerate, doctors and consultants very { } and consise, premises were clean and clearly marked hygiene very high.

The service by the hospice nurses and care assistants was excellent.
The kindness and consideration given was very soulfull.
Debbie was very professional but also friendly, and explained everything was asked, and more importantly put our mother at ease, and alleviated her fear of dying. After she felt we all felt a lot better about our situation. She has said she will put as much as possible in place to help us with taking care of our mother.
