Constant upto-date information regarding my problem.
Doctor available to talk over any concerns nurses 1st class very professional.
AUX staff- willing to go that one step further.
Catering staff very obliging and special requests dealt with.
No valid improvements req'd.

The treatment I have received has been excellent in every respect - very much more caring and were managed by the staff, as compared to NHS hospital clinics, its very reassuring to know that good quality care can still be delivered, be sensitive practitioners and helpful x competant receptionists.

The staff were pleasant, informative, nothing too much trouble.
Can't think of any way to improve the service.
I feel I can come back at any time in the future if I need help.

Without this care facility I would not be as mobile as I am. The staff are extremely helpful & supportive. They do everything possible to improve your attitude as well as looking after the body.

The nurses listen to you and act on it if necessary. They are always very gentle.
The other staff are always pleasant and helpful .
I cannot speak to highly of the care and treatment.

Have been seen by a few different nurses but all willing to talk through what I am feeling and my needs. Care has been very patient led with options and advise.
