Everyone is so friendly which gives you confidence in their ability to do their job. Nothing is too much trouble which means for me I am not afraid to ask. Cannot think of any improvements at the moment.

A lot of worry and tension was taken from us as soon as Julie Davies told us how the team could help us care for mum at home. The situation was explained to mum in exactly the right way.

In my opinion the service I have received has been excellant and it doesn't need improving. The staff are always polite and very good.

Caring kind staff. Perhaps a time when I could just speak to one of the lymphodoema nurses it would relieve my anxiety and maybe help the nurses in the long run. This, of course, applies to telephoning between clinic appts.

All clinicians are very understanding and knowledgeable about lymphoedema. I have always been treated with compassion with my problems. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel able to discuss any issues with confidence. This is a first class service.
