I received counselling following the death of my mother. This service has enabled me to progress from a very dark place to being able to go out and to see that in time after many years looking after my mother, I will be able to rebuild my life. I am still needing support from GP and counsellor. Without this support I do not know what would have happened to me. I have found the counselling essential and a very great help to me.
