Regular contact by phone and in person.Calls to the specialist promptly returned. Questions answered and helpful advice given. Even as my condition improved they were always there for me. They kept in contact with my GP and hospital team. Although I had little cause to call on them it was reassuring that I knew someone who could help was only a phone call away. Now that I am physically much improved with a positive mental attitude it is only right that the specialists can use their time on cases that require more support, but nice to know I can re- activate my referral with a simple call.

Mr Hilwald came to discuss the handrail to assist my wife to climb stairs, it was installed within the week, thank you.

Staff were extremely caring, the food fantastic and nourishing and all the facilities amazing. Support to family was also second to none, and am extremely grateful for all you have done at this very difficult time. Thank you.
