The best thing has been the caring, friendly attitude of all the staff, not only to the patients but towards their family as well . The surrounding and views are uplifting too. Maybe a better coffee machine in the cafe, seems a bit unpredictable.

Everything was excellent. The nursing staff always have time to sit and talk to you esp on low days. The Drs are all very good. Its the first time that. I have felt as though there was an actuall care plan for me. The domestic staff and volunteers ahre always cheery and happy and go that extra mile. The background staff do a wonderful job.

Information provided was new, excellent and appropriate to both my mother and sister needs. The level of empathy and care was what was needed. Leaflets left also provided suitable information going forward. Many thanks.

Good think is seperate room-I'm on my own and I don't disturb other people. I like to be one to one. I would like one or two cares-the same every day. They will knows me better.
