I felt listened to and things were explained clearly in words I could understand by all the doctors and nurses.
I felt there was a lot more time and consideration taken over my care. And the puddings were really nice :-).

Jo Vella is amazing I started out angry at my situation and she has been amazing, so supportive and helpful.
I miss when I don't see her. Nothing to be improved.
